In a pack there are different positions that wolves fill. When a pup is old enough to leave the den, they are ready to become a Helper, which is like an apprentice. Helper's Help a adult wolf and learn from the adult.Then, when they have finished their training for whatever they want to be,they become a full adolescent.

ALPHA:In a pack there is a alpha male and female. They are the leader's of the pack.

DELTAS AND BETAS: The Beta's are second in command. The Delta's are the expert on everything though they may specialize in one job. The Delta's normally organize the groups that go hunting and things like that.

HUNTER: A hunter hunts for the pack and provides most of the food for the pack. A hunter is normally small and light because then they can run faster,but they also need a strong wolf to help bring the prey down. ANyone can hunt, but the hunters Lead the Hunting group.

FIGHTER: Anyone can fight, but the fighters are extra quick, lethal, and speedy.

PROTECTOR:A Protector defrnds the territory and chases off any intruders.They must be able to fight well and run fast to chase intruders off.

TRACKER: A tracker must be able to identify every smell in order to protect the pack from harm. Trackers can track a deer, smell out the enemy, find specific herbs for the Healer, and other things like that.

PUP-WATCHER:A pup-watcher is a sub-job, but if a mother has to leave, a pup-watcher watches the pups to make sure they dont get hurt.
